Generally we advise returning the package through ordinary postal services in order to get a Customs Form for international packages. If you use a courier agency such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, we couldn't cover the shipping fees or the Customs fee that might be applied.
And we are not responsible if goods were lost when sent back without tracking number. We would deal with the refund within 24 hours after we receive the return goods.
